  • How often should I have my roof inspected by Chandler Roofing?

We advise that you have your roof inspected once a year or after any major storm.

  • Does Chandler Roofing work on mobile homes?

No. At this time we don’t perform roofing work on mobile homes.

  • Is Chandler Roofing licensed and insured for roofing work?

Yes. We are a licensed and insured roofing contractor.

  • What to do if you find a leak?

Roof leaks will almost always leak through your drywall ceiling. This may appear as only staining but in a more sever leak water may start to leak through the ceiling onto whatever is below. If you are in this situation, you can minimize the damage to your drywall by poking a pencil sized hole in it to drain the water rather than the water soaking into the drywall. Simply place a bucket under the draining water and wait for the professionals to get there.

  • Why Should you get your roof repaired?

Roof Repairs can be costly but it’s more of an investment than an expense. Repairs will help extend the life of your roof, helping it last as long as possible. We suggest getting a roof inspection every couple of years to make sure everything looks good.

Just because you can’t see the leak doesn’t mean it’s not there as some leaks are only visible from the attic and don’t leak into the house. Putting off the roof repairs is not a good idea as they will only get worse over time and end up costing you more in the end.
